Step1: Creating an author profile
- Fill in your details in the ‘Account creation info’/Click ‘create new’ & add a new profile name. This information will be used as your log-in information for article directories. A verification email would be sent so please make sure that the account is genuine & active.
- Add your personal information in ‘author details’. You may use a pen name here.
- Add other additional fields by clicking ‘customize info field’. This would help your website to be submitted in regional or article directories in language other than English.
- Click ‘Choose directories’ to go to the next step.
Step2 : Selecting article directories
You can choose the directories where you want your articles published & get registered with your selected author profile
- Select the directories where you want to publish your articles. If you wish, you can import your own list of directories by saving the list in a text file and importing it to the article submitted by clicking ‘import’.
- Click ‘Start Registration’ to register your articles in the directories Here, KeywordCountry asks you if you wish to do the registration in Automatic mode or Semi-Automatic mode.
- Automatic mode: It fills in the forms by itself from the log-in information provided by you. But, if the status shows ‘captcha encountered’ then you have to manually fill in few characters.
- Semi-automatic mode: Details are still automatically filled for you. In this mode you need to check if everything is filled right and then press the SUBMIT button yourself. This mode is more accurate but slow
Now, you may have registered in some of the directories already. You may enter their username passwords manually by clicking ‘Login info’ under ‘Edit Details’ column.
- Sorting the directories: You can sort the directories you wish to register in by three types of filters-’traffic rank, status, last submitted’.
Alexa Traffic rank : This number denotes the ranking of the directory according to the number of web traffic. Lower the number means higher the traffic it has. Sort it in ascending order to choose the directories with higher traffic ranks.
Status filter : This is used after registration to note whether your author profile is registered or not. If not, then you need to register it again. You may choose to leave the directories that are not accepting your author profile.
Last submitted filter : This column shows the date and time when your last article was submitted to this directory. You may NOT wish to publish articles too often or submit same article again on an article directory. Sort with this column to see when you last submitted to a given directory and take decisions accordingly.

Step3: Configuring your article and spinning it

Problems you might face-
You may encounter certain problems that keeps your submission incomplete. For proper submission following things must be taken care of-
Confirmation e-mail : Many directories send confirmation mails to your specified email account. These need to be confirmed so make sure the e-mail provided by you is active & genuine. Also, sometimes there is a validity period of these mails so make sure you confirm promptly. If the validity period gets over you need to re-submit in that directory.
Automatically generated password : Some directories send generated passwords in their confirmation mails. You need to change your previously provided password to the new one for proper submission.
Captcha encountered : IF in automatic mode the status shows ‘captcha encountered’ you have to manually fill in few characters.
Word limit : Some directories have specified word limit and they don’t submit your article if the limit exceeds. So, you need to reduce the number of words and re-submit.
Category : Sometimes the category of your article filled in by you is not present on a website. So, you need to change that to a category which is present there.
Sub-category : Sometimes the sub-category of your article filled in by you is not present on a website. So, you need to change that to a sub-category which is present there.
