How to reverse engineer up to 96% of PPC keywords of your competitors
Its always nice to get the list of keywords that your competitor is focusing on. Here is how Keyword Country helps you retrieve up to 96% of the keywords your rival is focusing on through its landing pages, content pages, SEO and PPC strategies.
Step 1: Enlist your competitors’ websites
Open the Rip Competitor Keywords tool from KC homepage. Switch to advanced mode by clicking on the tab located at the top left portion. Now Enter the competitor’s URL in ‘Add Domains‘ box on the right side. Example:<competitor.com> This makes KC get all the major landing pages of your competitors.

Step 2:
Now just where you typed the URL, on right side of it click the text “and 10 of its URLs -1 URL selected”. This will pop-up a new window with a number of URLs from that site. Select the ones that you think are important ones and unselect the rest. Click Done. You will be taken back to the earlier screen. Click Analyze there. This makes KC to go out and rip all the possible keywords on its main landing page campaigns (SEO and PPC optimized).

Step 3:
Click ‘Exit, Analyze further’ from the bottom of the window to send them for expansion. This action sends keywords back to KC window where you can choose which keywords to concentrate on.

Step 4:
Select the keywords by clicking ‘Add’ against them to send them for further expansion. When you are done selecting… click Add to Keyword Research.

Step 5:
Expand the keywords further by adding suggestions (recommended expansion limit – 1500 to 2500.. depending upon the niche) from the suggestions bar at the bottom of ‘Keyword Research‘ sheet.

This step ensures that you have all the keywords… the ones that your competitor is targeting and the ones that he isn’t (gives you loads of ideas).
Step 6:

This step gets you all the ads, keywords and landing pages that your competitor is betting big on + other competitors who are making big on the same keywords.
Step 7:
Make KC to repeat all these steps every single day. Click ‘Schedule Alerts’ from the top of the screen and set a daily schedule of the same.

This tells KC to alert you whenever there are new competitors on the block and when they have changed their ads, keywords and rankings.
Tip#1
KC shows all your competitors’ bidding regularity in a Gantt chart. Click ‘Show Gantt chart from top-right of the screen. On Gantt chart, it shows what was changed and when with a mark of STAR. Similar gantt charts are present in Keywords, Ads, Landing pages and Sources tab in Competitor profile sheet. Details upto this level are not available with any other service.

Tip#2
When you click each competitor url, it shows you a complete 360 degree view of all the keywords, ads, landing pages on which your competitor is betting heavily upon.

Tip#3
Click on the Position trends in ‘Ads’ tab or ‘Keywords’ tab to see in animated format how which ads and keywords of your competitor are doing better than others and climbing ranks due to good quality score. And even predict when he introduced new keywords and gave a booster budget shot to his online campaigns. Details to this depth are still not available in other services.

Tip#4
Go to Comparison tab – in order to compare the keywords with other competitors or your own pages to see how your own content competes with high rankers.
