Keyword Country Affiliate Program prohibits sites with adult content. Keyword Country reserves the right to audit and review member sites for compliance with our policies. If your site is deemed objectionable, we reserve the right to reject an application or revoke the site's membership at any time. 4. Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes. We welcome Affiliates from different countries. However, all the customers who subscribe to our service shall have to pay in U.S. dollars.

5. Who will manage and administer the Keyword Country Affiliate program?

We have teamed with AffiliateTracking.com to provide you with trusted third-party tracking, real-time reporting, and monthly commission payments. Once you are accepted into our program, you will be taken to AffiliateTracking.com's site to create your own secure, password-protected account.

Your AffiliateTracking.com account will enable you to have access to a variety of Keyword Country text and banner links. Besides, you will have the ability to view your account activity, calculate the commissions earned, and run reports that provide statistics on all your activities - 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. 7. What if I have more than one web site?

You may refer traffic and earn rewards using more than one site, subject to the terms of the Affiliate Program Agreement. Your referral code remains the same and once approved, you can apply it anywhere you want, even on forums.

11. How can I cancel the program after signing up?

To formally end your association with Keyword Country affiliate program, log onto your AffiliateTracking.com account. On your account home page, select "Edit Profile" from the main menu. This will open profile detail page. At the bottom of the Edit profile detail page, you will find the "Unsubscribe" button. Click "Unsubscribe" to terminate your association.Back to top

13. Can I bid on the keyword "Keyword Country" or something similar on PPC Networks?

Yes, as an Affiliate partner, you may bid on the name Keyword Country. However, this is possible only if in your listing (title or description) you: (1) identify yourself as an Affiliate (denoted by Aff, Affil., Affiliate, etc. in the text of the ad) and (2) link directly to Keyword Country (and related pages) or a similar web address approved by Keyword Country. In other words, if you advertise using the term "Keyword Country" you cannot link to a page that offers information or links to any Keyword Country competitor.Back to top

14. Can I bid on generic keywords on PPC Networks?

Yes, you can bid on popular, generic, non-trademarked keywords (like "Adsense and Adsense Keywords"), and use the name Keyword Country in the title or description of your ad. However, you must link directly to either (1) Keyword Country Web site, (2) a page on your site that primarily promotes Keyword Country (which means more than 50% presence on the site), or (3) an objective service-comparison site, with Keyword Country as one of the represented services.

In other words, if you bid on generic terms and include Keyword Country in the advertisement, you must link to the Keyword Country site, or to a page that primarily promotes Keyword Country, or to an objective service comparison site.

What you cannot do is advertise on a term like "adsense", use the Keyword Country name in your ad, while linking directly to a competitor's site, or to a page on your site that does not primarily promote Keyword Country service.Back to top

15. Can I bid on other trademarked names on PPC Networks?

Yes. As part of Keyword Country Affiliate program, you may still bid on other trademarked terms, such as "CashKeywords or “TopPayingKeywords." But you must comply with 3 rules:

• (1) The trademarked name and Keyword Country name must appear in the ad
• (2) The ad must explain to users that it links to a product comparison site, or a web page that provides commentary on the trademarked product (e.g. "this is a comparison site of Adsense keyword services").
• (3) The ad must link to a web page that has objective, comparative information or reviews of services. This page must include information about the trademarked product and should have a reference to Keyword Country, including links to KeywordCountry.com.Back to top

For instance, you will be paid $149.50 per year, per client who purchases 1 year subscription of Keyword Country services. For every customer referral, you will be paid according to the commission table above, based on the option purchased.

Please note that you will not be paid commissions on transactions that are not made in good faith, including, but not limited to, using any device, program, robot, I-frames, hidden frames, JavaScript popup windows, or redirects, and that chargebacks may be effected for refunds, fraudulent transactions, etc.Back to top

2. Am I required to place a link on my website?

While it is not a condition of joining our Affiliate Program, you cannot earn commissions without adding a link to your site.

3. Where should I place Keyword Country links on my website?

Place the Keyword Country links in areas where visitors to your site are most likely to see them. We suggest placement on your homepage, or other high-traffic pages that can send highly targeted traffic towards us. This will ensure higher sales ratio and visitor conversion. No. As prices, terms, and options are subject to change, we will only honor subscription prices listed on Keyword Country, but not the prices, special offers, or discounts made by Affiliates on their referring web sites. Sign in to your account and select Reports. Statistics and account activity are updated daily and reports will tell you how effectively your links perform.

To see how you have been performing in our program, view the statistics posted under your account on AffiliateTracking.com, under Reports. Without Keyword Country’s prior written consent, you cannot use Keyword Country's name, links, or messaging in email-based marketing campaigns.
